we were constantly disturbed by disrespectful guests who were drunk & causing lots of noise in the corridor including knocking our early hours of the money

Hotel staff very helpful location was good . Nice breakfast

Room didn't have a telephone in it. The restaurant was very noisy and although the menu showed gluten free food only one main course dish WAS gluten free . My wife's drink tasted of detergent and there was no hair conditioner in the bathroom poor value for the money

Everything was great. Nice clean room, easy check in and out. Lovely breakfast and afternoon and evening food.

Could have done with a shower mat, very slippery, but good size shower 🚿 😉

Food was excellent- had low expectations from a menu with so many options- but the Indian food was epic! Staff were all lovely and the spa was lush!

Hotel looks nice and that’s about as far as it goes. Upon arrival got told we had to pay, explained no company have paid. Then got told oh yeah sorry! No breakfast included though, I provided evidence of breakfast included, got told oh yeah it is! Poor service on reception! My room was okay, my colleague room had no electric working at all, complained and was moved to another! Service throughout the hotel was poor! The only pleasant service was the gentleman on reception at the spa. Bar staff made you feel like you were putting them out, for example I ordered a glass of Pinot, got informed that they had ran out and would have to go and fetch me another one if that’s what I wanted? I said yes please! This happened later on in the evening also, with ice cubes, serving spirits and mixers with no ice! These things matter! Breakfast was a disaster, tea and coffee both awful! Waited ages for sausage n bacon - sausage were anemic - service at breakfast was very poor indeed! Maybe the robot waiter that was snoozing in the corner should have been awake, we would have gotten on better with him!
