"Horrible experience for me and my children"

Nothing

Everything it was dirty they charged us for a specific room and then gave us the wrong room so our family didn’t fit and we couldn’t stay there. Had to drive 5 hours home late at night because they refused to do anything for us.

Staff were friendly and easy check in

It was clean but the toilet wasn't working well. The water wouldn't go down easily. Coffee cups had stain from previous made coffee? & there was red dye or red light spots on some towels and bed sheets
