Room was completely falling apart. Bathroom had moldy shower curtains and sheets looked 10yrs old. Wifi didn't work and kept going out.

The beds were comfortable.

I knew it was an older place and expected dings and old environment. There was dust on things, and grit/dirt on the floor.
