"The Staff is Wonderful at Hampton Inn in Burlington, NC"

The staff at Hampton Inn & Suites are great. Catherine always greets guests in the morning, assists guests if they have any issues or concerns, and always has wonderful breakfast bags waiting for those guests who have to leave early. Sara and Bri are always courteous and helpful when checking guests in. The entire team is wonderful, helping guests with reasonable requests. I would recommend staying at this Hampton Inn if you are in the Burlington, NC area.

Clean, comfortable room. Great service. Catherine at the front desk went above and beyond making fresh coffee early mornings due to us leaving early for work ( even getting me honey for my coffee!) breakfast and “to go” snack/breakfast bags were a hit also! Thank you for the excellent service!
