The young man at the front desk was not sociable at all. But not absolutely rude. The room was very spacious and the jacuzzi tub was awesome. We never ran out of hot water! We had a king size bed but they only gave us one standard pillow and two half pillows. There are no coffee/tea makers in the room as the description says. We text back to ask questions on the welcome text they send, also sent a message to the property on booking.com, we never reviewed a response.

Location was great because it was close to everything. Rooms r clean but the beds r hard and there's no coffee maker's in the rooms anymore and the free breakfast is literally coffee and granola bars sometimes pop tarts. But the over experience was good and staff is helpful 😀

The pool

The floors were extremely dirty. Our toddler was walking around for about an hour before we noticed that her feet were black. The stairs and railings were sketchy. It was super loud by the highway. Somehow we got booked for 4 rooms instead of two, and by the time we realized it, we had been charged for the third room. So we were out some of our remaining vacation money that wouldn’t be returned for 5 days.
