"Service and location "

10.0

The property is amazing. Right on the lake and there are fruit trees everywhere. Service was top notch with employees walking you everywhere you need to go. On two ocassions I asked where something was and the staff stopped what they were doing and walked me where I needed to go.

"Bad stay"

Not a good stay this time. Service was surprisingly bad. When we checked in, the staff seemed not to welcome us. The pillows were not comfy. The indoor pool was not clean enough. Staff instruction wasn't clear. Quite a few of them could only understand Mandarin, which making them not at a high standard.

"Great hotel!"

We were here for work and did not have a chance to use all the facilities but it was great. We stayed at the Club level and the Club room and accommodations were perfect.
