Location was great. Room was clean but small as is standard for a Japanese hotel inthisnprice range. Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and attentive. They offer a lounge with coffee, wine, and soft drinks from 2pm-9pm which was a very nice feature.

Bed was very hard and the pillows offered no support. This dropped it from a 10 and almost lower. Next time I will be staying a couple blocks away at How was your stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel which we stayed at a couple weeks ago which at the same price point but with more comfortable beds and larger rooms. The amenities aren't quite as good, but a good night's sleep is important to me.
