Hotel JAL City Kannai Yokohama

The room was a little small, Loved the breakfast. And we especially loved the snacks, drinks and complimentary wine in the afternoon. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when we first arrived as our flight from Australia got in really early in the morning and the staff got our rooms ready as son as possible, we were very grateful. Location was also very good.

The property was central to the cruise terminal and the rooms were clean and tidy. Every afternoon the hotel put on drinks and nibbles for the guests. The hotel was very good value for money. The rooms were quite soundproof, which is surprising for Japan.

The bed was a little firm for my liking but this was a minor issue.

フロントの案内学費簡潔で、チョックイン後一階ウェルカムラウンジで14〜21時コーヒー他のドリンク類等ミックスナッツ、ハーシーキスチョコ等用意それておりセルフサービスでゆっくりできた。

枕…選べればありがたい。

特に朝食が期待以上でした。メニューも豊富でハンバーガーもおいしかったです。

Stayed at the JAL before a cruise around Japan - room was clean but small ! Very hot room on the first night due to someone setting the AC to heat not cool - perfect the second night! The hotel is a 10 minute walk to Chinatown with hundreds of places to eat and shops. Breakfast was included with many options. On the last day it was a easy walk to the cruise terminal.

Close to cruise terminal Very cheap rate Comfy bed and pillows Lounge downstairs with free tea, coffee, soft drink, wine, chocolates, nuts. Biscoff biscuits.

Toilet in room had awful urinal smell
