Sehr schönes Hotel mit großzügiger Poollandschaft, wunderbarer Palmengarten! Das Superior Zimmer ist außergwöhnlich schön, herrliche Betten und sehr schöne Einrichtung! Wir hatten nur Frühstück gebucht, da war Alles da, was mann sich für ein tolles Frühstück wünscht.., das gesamte Personal ist besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder in dieses Hotel einziehen!!

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación, los apartamentos muy cómodos y bien cuidados, hacen muchas actividades. En general muy buena experiencia!!

Nada malo que decir

Le personnel est au petit soin pour nous et d’une très grande gentillesse. Tout est fait pour que nous nous y sentions bien. C’est un lieu très kidsfriendly

The staff was very friendly. The food was good in some days, not so much in others.

The room was very bad. The AC did not work at all - it made a lot of noise, which is bad because with the heat we needed it on throughout the night, but also because it made all that noise for nothing - it could have ran for days on end and the temperature in the room would have remained the same. There was a control system in the room but it felt like there was central control overriding it. Then, the sofa beds were appalling, and I do mean appalling and completely unacceptable - they had metal bars all around it which were felt through the mattress and it was very small - being honest, sleeping on the floor would probably be more comfortable. There was also smaller stuff like the beds not having electric outlets around it, the kitchenette being old, smelly, and barely usable, the room being extremely old, dated and mended over the years. The other significant negative is that drinks are not included in the diner, which having paid for diner does not seem reasonable. At least offer water or a single drink… Lastly, the nightly entertainment will keep everyone up at least until 11pm, as the sound insulation of the rooms is very poor.

Posizione struttura personale pulizia servizi OK Colazioni e cene buone con grande varietà di scelta. Suggerimenti: condizionatore difficile da gestìre. L'ho spento e siamo stati benissimo con ventilazione naturale.

L'apparecchiatura del letto diversa dalla nostra La seconda sera in cui abbiamo bevuto calici dello stesso ottimo Rioja sembravano annacquati.
