Hilton Guam Resort & Spa

Excellent service! This property is located on the Western end of Tumon Bay and is in a quiet and serene location. They have six (6) restaurants and bars and my favorite is Fisherman's Cove because of their seafood selection and friendly service.

People in general were friendly

I booked the TASI rooms for 2 persons (me and my daughter) including breakfast to have additional benefits, even the room was more expensive. The first horrible experience I had when I got an eMail form the hotel management asking to pay one additional breakfast as my daughter was not 18 years old, and the breakfast included in the hotel rate is only for persons above 18 years. Breakfast provided at TASI (special execute lounge) was very bad, the normal breakfast was much better, Bread was heavily moded (completely blue), most of the TASI benefits were rather worse than the ones in the normal rooms, beach is only few meter wide, if you want to have a deck chair at the hotel beach, need to pay additionally 40USD, Transfer from Airport to hotel charged 25USD per person, taxi charges nearly the same for all passengers, The difference between what I paid and the invoice which was send to me afterwards via eMail was around 20%. Even the hotel manager was not able to explain the difference. The room rates are with nearly 300 USD per night completely overcharged. The facility is rather rundown and had his best times long time ago. When I changed to another hotel in Guam, just few minutes away, I experienced what you should experience when booking a renown hotel brand. My personal lessons learnt: Hilton never again.

Everything was pretty good, except the rooster waking me up during the night, and breakfast.

The absolute worst HILTON facility we have ever stayed in. The building is in terrible disrepair and lacks good quality cleaning standards. The building smells bad in most areas, a musty unclean type of smell. Our room was smelly as well and the air conditioner was loud and disgusting. The staff was friendly.
