Para destacar la visita a la bodega y la cata, las instalaciones del hotel, los viñedos, la cena en el restaurante gastronómico Marquès de Riscal.

El colchón es muy viejo, realmente incómodo. La ducha no funcionaba bien, por momentos fría por momentos muy caliente. El desayuno un poco caótico. Tardaban en acomodar, tardaban en traer los cafés. Y creo deberían renovar un poco la decoración, los pasillos con moqueta roja podrían mejorarlo.

L’hôtel en lui même est un joyau entouré de vignes. Le confort de la chambre et la qualité de la literie. Le personnel du restaurant est prévenant et sympathique.

L’accueil à la réception est un peu rugueux, pour un 5 étoiles et le lobby est froid.

Son architecture originale, sa situation …. Personnel très aimable Visite des caves (offerte) très appréciée Spa professionnel Vues sur l’environnement

Le fauteuil dans la chambre (pas de repose tête, inconfortable), la douche (difficile à régler), la cuisine proposée (globalement en dessous des attentes, sauf pour les croquettes)

La habitación grande y cómoda, la visita a las bodegas muy bonita y bien explicada, el restaurante tradicional bastante bien.

El spa deja muchísimo que desear, agua más bien fría, sin chorros y ningún atractivo

This hotel was beautiful. We spent a few days here in the beginning of November. It felt deserted except when we went into the wine store, which was mobbed. The room was large, fairly updated and clean. The bathroom area was huge and modern. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and were very polite. The first night we ate in the Michelin starred restaurant. It was a little odd as it’s really just the other side of the main restaurant. We were the only ones in there and it was a bit awkward feeling. The breakfast was good, although service was very slow. The wine bar area was great and had food to match. One night we went to the “library” for a glass of wine. We were the only ones there and again it felt a little odd, but staff was helpful and sweet. There is nothing in the immediate area. We used it as a base for a day trip to Bilbao and to some other wineries. It’s a great spot to relax for a couple of days.
