The rooms were ok and the head of reception was friendly. The rooms were clean and the cleaners were friendly.

When we arrived we were told there was no catering as they were on strike which we were not made aware of before. We were given €150 for the two of us to procure breakfast from other outlets for 5 days we were there. This was no where near sufficient to do this in Palma. I also purchased the romance package which they state includes: A chilled bottle of Cava- Chocolates to share- Rose petals for a romantic ambiance The bottle of Cava was warm. There were some chocolates granted and the rose petals were ripped up red tissue paper. Not worth the €45 I was charged.

Locatie, kamer was ruim.

De ziel lijkt er wen beetje uit. Mijn vriendin kreeg een belachelijke kamer zonder raam. Na inchecken werd tussen neus en lippen door vermeld dat de bar dicht was en het restaurant ook en dus ook geen ontbijt. Personeel was meer met elkaar bezig dan met gasten.

Great location and nice decor

Very small pool and need better management of booking the pool area. Would also be nice if there were plastic glasses so you could have a drink up there? Bathroom in one of the 2 bedroom suites a bit small.
