Randy the night supervisor.

I fell in the room because the floor between the carpet and linoleum was damaged . There was no soap in the bathroom. We had to ask for towels . No one straighten the room in a multiple night stay. The ice machine was broken. The hot water was not hot even after 10 minutes of the water running. My husband trip over the same piece in the floor . There was no one in the office until 11 am .
