Beachcombers Hotel

My stay at the Neachcomber Hotel was most enjoyable, the recption staff were particularly helpful and accomodating whenever they could.,the food was good and the room clean and comfortable, all in all ,happy memories of my stay in Jersey

Despite initial concerns about the room allocated to us, Vince couldn't do enough to ensure we were happy with an alternative room - which was perfect. Food was excellent- breakfast each morning was well stocked with a wide variety of hot and cold options, also had one lovely evening meal in the hotel restaurant which has a value-for-money set menu with a selection of tasty options. All staff friendly and welcoming. Hotel well sited in a rural area away from the noise and bustle of St Helier - yet being only a 10 minute drive away. Despite the name of the hotel, it is situated a 10 minute walk from the beach which cannot be seen from the hotel. However the small but bustling and delightful harbour village of Gorey is just a short walk away and the views from Mont Orgueil are amazing. All-in-all, an excellent holiday.

Jersey being 9 miles by 5 miles, everywhere is close by! For me, being away from the centre, St Helier was perfect. Attractive gardens with swimming pool. Lovely room, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, and coffee making facilities too. Great breakfast every morning served by delightful people. Everyone at this great hotel couldn't have done more to make my stay more enjoyable. Thank you all!

This was our 3rd visit to Beachcombers and it has become our firm favourite on Jersey The hotel itself is clean bright and welcoming with good food. The staff are all very friendly and the room was really clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast is a buffet style, not normally a style I like but as it is regularly replenished and not overcooked, it works really well. If you intend to eat in the hotel, make sure you book in good time as it is very popular.

We stayed for three nights at the Beachcombers Hotel and in general had a really good time. I thought the breakfast was excellent although my wife mentioned that it would have benefitted from a little more fresh fruit. All the communal rooms and our bedroom were extremely clean and tidy and well looked after although our bathroom door could have done with some paint. The swimming pool is an excellent addition especially if you have lovely weather as we did. My only gripe was that one evening we ate at the Hotel and whilst the food was of a good standard I thought the main course portions were a little small.

This was a great hotel. All the staff were very friendly, and helpful in any way they could. The two FOH managers Vince and Bob, went out of thier way for me.

Great friendly staff, breakfast has quality food also bar snacks delicious,our room came with a hairdryer a very comfy bed, you can get pool towels saves you packing them,a Throughly enjoyable stay ,lots of information from staff and pamphlets of the island all around we will be back.
