My room was in an adjacent building which is older than the main accommodation. The rooms are a bit more basic, but provide the usual amenities and are comfortable for a short stay. Kitchen facilities are available, which are not in the modern block rooms. My room was a back one, so traffic noise was less obvious. The heat pump warmed the room up - my first night there was a bit chilly - and there was an extra snuggly blanket available for the bed.

My door rattled in the breeze during the first night, so I had to take care of it to avoid further disturbance. The in-house restaurant is not open on Sunday or Monday evenings. Fortunately a selection of dining is available a few minutes' walk away in Broadway, Newmarket.

The location is excellent, close to motorway on-ramp, and all CBD suburbs. On site off road parking is a bonus.
