Cabo Inn Hotel

The place is great. The young lady at the desk is a pleasant young lady. She is very helpful. I enjoyed talking to her. She knows everything about Cabo. The inn is in a good place. The only thing I didn’t like was the bathroom. I needed a ADa bathroom which they didn’t have. The bathroom is to small.

There's a kitchen well equipped that guests can use. Very good

So FRIENDLY! My dog and I felt like family! So close to downtown area with great assortments of eateries, shopping, beach,marina ..everything you could possibly need is within just a few blocks The staff treated my 7 lb. Pomchi, Lily, and I like royalty. The room is decorated with a brightly-colored decor, the central courtyard is great for hanging out and eating take out food, although the room has a refrigerator, the shared kitchen facilities are more than adequate, towels and soap provided, maids do a great daily cleaning,...but most of all..the mostly English speaking staff is SO IMCREDIBLY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! They were always smiling and more than happy to assist me with my phone technology issues, tv reception issues, and even helpful when I needed to go to the Municipal Police for Tourists Station only a few blocks away when dealing with a crooked pharmacist. The place is VERY, VERY Safe and Secure. I was provided with 2 keys; one for my room and one for the main door at the entrance to the courtyard from the street. I never felt like I even had to lock my room because no one ever got through the entry to the courtyard without the desk clerk and live-on-the-premises manger screening them. I felt additionally secure knowing that the manager lived in the room right next to mine. The hotel was undergoing a great deal of renovations, so the courtyard was a bit dusty and sometimes noisey from the construction, but for $50/ night, its a FANTASTIC DEAL!!

Construction of the property, no warm water for 2 days, tv hard to turn on and working. Loved the open vibe and shared kitchen l, hostel style!

Ambiance was fantastic. When remodeling is finished will be great. Tighten or replace toilet seats. More attention to detail on cleaning.

This place is fantastic if you’re not looking for a resort! It’s walkable, clean and sooooo quiet.
