Nothing. I feel very deceived by booking.com. The picture and the reviews did not match hotel and location, very disappointed.

Accurate depiction of hotel on your website. Traveling as a single woman I expect accuracy from booking.com as my safety and wellbeing is in their content they post/ reviews of hotels .

Cleaning staff stole a very sentimental wedding ring. Staff claimed to have never seen it and GM accused us of putting it in a pocket and loosing it. The front desk gentle was nice enough to allow us back in the room to look for it with no luck. We even went through our rooms trash that was collected and it was not there. The hotel is dated and not very clean. The room had stained/dirty bedding and we found an old fruit cup under the chair in our room.
