Easy check-in process and room location, and its close proximity to downtown elora

The toilet wasn't working properly, we had to take off the lid each time we have to use it and press something inside so it will stop the water flow. Also, the blankets were too thin and rough in the skin.

Very clean! Friendly staff! Good location! Coffee served in front lobby in the morning.

The mattress wasn't in the best shape.

The total cost was 146$ included taxes of one night stay but they took an authorised payment of 200$ and in which remaining balance was expected to credit back in the account after checkout because of security purpose but didn’t receive the remaining amount yet

Having to pay $100.00 damage deposit. We're still waiting for reimbursement of a damage deposit in a Florida hotel after two years.

Stay was so friendly and accommodating.Saved my bacon more than once ,proving an iron and a,sewing kit when I needed them.

The bed was comfortable and clean .

The washroom could use some more attention to detail . The wall going up the tub , the bath tub itself has pink bacteria around the jets , and beside the toilet needed more focus . The bath tub wasn't as clean as it should be , there were small black specks coming out of the jets ( I decided to shower instead ) the plug did not go all the way down and the Button for the jets stuck. I was expecting a bigger tub to be honest .. it's an average size jacuzzi tub . The heater vents are also full of dust . I also thought it was odd after giving a refundable $100 deposit the next day at the front desk we had to remind them to return our funds ...and had to wait for clearance through a phone call for our funds to be returned . The room was almost as pricey as a holiday in express ! $180 .
