Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Laredo - Nuevo Laredo

Its a pretty hotel with great staff. Rooms were clean and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were in a time crunch and there were very few hotels with vacancies so that's why we stayed here. It wasn't the cleanest, stains on the comforter and hair in the bathtub and on the floor. The microwave and fridge were also dirty. On the plus side, the other occupants were quite. Will not stay again. Won't be in this situation again, remembering to make reservations AHEAD of time.

Booked a king size room and it was the worst experience in hotel history. 1 towel 1 hair towel and one wash rag ( for 2 guests) , No refrigerator, no hotel Soaps , shampoo, tooth paste , no ashtray (in a smoking room). This was a cold day and the heat was broken making a horrible loud rattling noise that won’t let you sleep, and the door was broken you had to do some kind of ghetto trick so it would stay closed. Because of all the inconveniences I decided to check out one day into my stay and they did not refund for the other days.

Bed bugs and roaches everywhere

The lobby is not open, the attendant was rude, it was windy and cold and at the time I checked in, I had to stay outside because the lobby was closed, it was a little pass 8 pm, same at the check out, I had to wait outside in the cold because after you turn your key on, the attendant has to go check the room, they ask for 100 dollars cash as a deposit for I do not what. The room has no microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, not even a little bucket for ice, there’s no ice machine, I feel humiliated about all this conditions, not counting that the loo k in the room was falling apart, it was hard to get in The area with trash everywhere, I decided to stay because I had pay in advance and there was no rooms available in the area The site says free breakfast, and they not even have coffee, again the lobby is locked I would not recomen it at all and will never ever stay in that place again

No frills stay. All other hotels in town were booked for my last minute stay. You get what you pay for. There was a lot of highway noise. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Not the best sheets and bed cover so you may want to bring your own.

The hotel stay is quite good. The staff and the room service amazing to have. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. Will definitely stay there during our next visit.
