"Hotel needs updates"

Room uncomfortable . Cooling system was off and took several hours to bring the room to bearable. Pillows really bad

"NEVER Again!"

We have stayed in 21 hotels/motels on this trip and this was the highest priced and sorriest places I have ever been! Room 124 has a boat bed, I was exhausted! Should have asked for our money back!

"Pets in smoking rooms only."

This hotel was older and so it was quite run down. That would have been ok but the carpets were in drastic need of shampoo, one of the lamps didn't work, and the bed springs were squeaky. Also, if you have a pet with you, you may only have a smoking room. This was not told to us when we booked the room. The best part of the room was the breakfast . It was quite good.

"Basic lodging"

This place was below my expectations. Although the staff was very helpful and friendly, there were several things that would keep me from staying there again. Compared to other places I stayed, the breakfast was sub-par. Milk for cereal was in the original container, and was 12 days past use by date. Minimal hot food. Juice was undrinkable. Bottled would have been a much better choice. According to Expedia, this was supposed to be a pet-friendly place. I was told the manager was upset because I didn't tell them at check-in that I had a dog. Their policy is to put guests with pets in smoking rooms. My well-behaved dog was not an issue at any of the other places I stayed, including the beautiful Hampton Inn in Buffalo.

"Over priced"

over priced. The bathrooms were sooo old my kids wondered what a rotary phone in the bathroom was for. They had never seen one before. Water pressure was nonexistent. Ok attempt at a breakfast but there was no fruit or yogurt. Really should have been only $60
