"Hotel review"

Right from the start things went bad. I requested a pull away bed on line, and when I got to the hotel they said they do not have them anymore. Said they could not help me. Room air conditioner worked but stayed on all the time and was noisy at night time. Bathroom was extremely small. Wall paper on walls was starting to peel off at seams. Room is need of update. One nice item was their breakfast. Breakfast area only had two small tables, but selection of items was real good: cereal, oatmeal, cinnamon french toast and biscuits and gravy OJ and apple juice.

"Old but maintained."

although an older motel, it appears to have been maintained and is clean and painted. Rooms and bathrooms are fairly small, but everything was clean. Breakfast was ok, not elaborate.

"Friendly helpful staff"

Decided it was worth the extra 1/2hr drive out of Cody to get a better room rate in Powell. Very friendly staff greeted us when checking in late. Even offered free cookies. Room was clean and comfortable enough for two adults and two kids for one night. Breakfast was decent, but the dining room was too small for the number of guests, and we took our plates back to our rooms to eat. Morning staff was also helpful and gave directions on how to get to the local post office when we left.
