Hotel Riu Vallarta - All Inclusive

The staff is there biggest asset. They work so hard and efficiently.

There was not a place with comfortable temperature. We were from May 30- June 5 the temperature was very hot. 3 of the 4 pools have the water so hot, was not refreshing at all. The main plaza with no shade all day, by the night was very hot and no air circulating. Only the rooms, sports bar and bathroom (lobby and main plaza) have air conditioning.

The people were very nice. The buffet was great. I enjoyed the staff, they were professional and courteous.

why would you have glasses in the restroom if i can't drink the water? Was I safe to brush my teeth? a bigger sign would be nice, the one in my room was too small and i saw it too late. I drank all my Pepsi lite in the room, and it was replaced with regular Pepsi. it seemed odd and i did not drink it. I ran out of water after night one and had to wait for only three more bottles a day later. I was so thirsty i drink from the sink! Check out was also strange. I have never been anywhere (in the world) where i could not leave my key cards in the room, that was a very unpleasant experience.

Every staff member I had contact provided exceptional service!

Two of the outlets in the room were loose and I wasn't able to charge in them.

Que no hay palapas en la playa

La comida muy rica, las instalaciones impecables, muy familiar.

En la playa habia muchos caballos y el olor no era tan agradable en algunos momentos.

Buenas instalaciones, el buen trato de algunos meseros y la ubicacion y el restaurante de cortes

Las bebidas de pésima calidad la comida del bufet está orrible demasiada gente así que el servicio no es bueno y adicional que en las habitaciones hay bichos (Juanes o cucarachillos ) las camas y colchones en muy malas condiciones

Las instalaciones

La plaga de cucarachas/juanes en las habitaciones, no solo en la mia si no también en las de mis familiares.

Que no se daban abasto con los camastros en la alberca de tanta gente que alojaron, asi mismo no puedo contactar a alguien que me de respuesta de un cargo que me realizaron
