Wescana Inn

room was older and unclean. hair in bathtub. no bathroom fan. dirty floors... poor upkeep.

-Front desk people seem to care about patrons, -Property is aging, but mostly maintained. -Room locks could be upgraded for better security( they had to make a room key for me as the old one went out with the last patron) I left nothing of value in the room -I was gone too early for the restaurant, but would have liked to have tried it. -cleaning staff are doing their job well. -location is great ( on the Main Street, across from the police station)

Like the location, easy access to all amenities. Friendly staff, food was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Room was clean, newly remodelled, and comfortable. Restaurant service was excellent.

They gave me a single but I booked a double. They turned off the water for a entire day due to some trouble but didn’t even try getting us into another hotel to shower. They gave me 1.5 litres of water. Not enough to flush after the water had been off for 7 hours and I had already bought my own. Didn’t reimburse for the water I bought either. Then the discount was less than 40% of the room even though we had no water for about 9 hours, I didn’t get to shower before my event and no cleaning service or restaurant. Front desk staff had no information nor did the offer any solutions. Other guests I talked to with elderly people in their party were way worse off than I and said they got no help either.

Broken water main shut down the restaurant and the rooms had no water.

The room was clean and quiet. Maybe not the comfiest bed but everything you need for a good night sleep.
