Villa Hue Hotel

Good sized room nice pool and breakfast was very good

Bed a bit hard

Great location, rooms were spacious, breakfast was varied, staff was kind and helpful

When we came into the room, bed sheets were dirty, we asked the reception to change them, someone was in our room but sheets were still stained, they changed them again after we pointed out the stains. Every towel we received had some kind of stain on them even though they appeared to be washed. Facilities were old and damaged. When we left the room after breakfast, we put up a sign for house keeping but when we came back 4h later, the room was still untouched, housekeeping them came at 4pm. When we came into the room after breakfast (30 min), the tv was on, but no sign of housekeepers. We had to search for the tv remote to turn it off, since we never used it.

Bel hôtel très bien situé, chambre spacieuse. Personnel attentionné. Très bon petit déjeuner.

It was dirty, mould in the bathroom, very small elevator, and the AC was broken

Nada. so para dizsr algo, tentamos o checkout late porque nosso onibus só saia a noite, e cobravam um valor muito alto para usarmos o quarto a noite para banhar.

Locations was brilliant. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.
