The staff was nice

My room was filthy and they were dead roaches on the floor... I was told by a staff member that no one was supposed to be in that room... Wifi and TV didn't work...

Roaches and insects in the bathroom of my room and cracks in the bathrooms floor made me highly uncomfortable during my stays duration. Stench of urine in the hallway to my room. They also didn’t have the room selected in my booking.

"It was OK for a last-minute stop. I felt safe enough staying there."

Easy check-in process. The lady at the front desk was OK- not really friendly, but not super rude. She gave me no instructions on where the elevator was, where my room was, nothing about breakfast.

The hallways smelled like a dumpster- every type of food you can imagine all balled into one topped with ketchup. I also texted the front desk and asked what time check out was- they said 12PM... but housekeeping came to kick me out at 11:00 AM. I showed her the text, and she said OK for me to stay, but I didn't want to get her in trouble, so I left.

Not a thing

Location, parking lot, the outside of the building, not even the same color as the picture on the website. The screens were torn and missing from the window. Didn’t look safe at all!!!!
