Upon entering the room it appeared clean, and the price was nice.

The room was roach infested also they kept my security deposit and won't provide any reasons to why or issue a receipt detailing damages which are impossible considering only i occupied the room during my stay. I wouldn't recommend staying to anyone nor would I stay again. Also as a single person coming into a hotel with young guys hanging in the lobby and outside the entrance i felt unsafe.

The TV keeps going out the laundry doesn't work. You pay to much for the quality of hotel. .

I liked nothing about the property. That’s why I canceled.

The property is not being kept up

Parking lot was a mess with over grown vegetation and abandoned vehicles and trash and people smoking weed in the parking lot

Then I was asked to put up a $100.00 deposit which I feel was a way to much when other hotels I’ve stayed at only required $30 to 50.00 deposit but anyway the hotel did agree to give me a full refund after I asked but it’s been a week trying to get the manger to respond to booking.comm email to confirm that they are going to refund me and they called numerous times to reach out to the manager and it’s nothing being done and I’m very frustrated with this situation

The hotel was 20 minutes away from the hospital of my father in law. He was easy to get to.

Broken down cars in the lot, suspicious people hanging in the front of the hotel all night with the staff, hallways were dirty and the carpets need serious deep cleaning. People seem to live in the hotel as well. Not a very friendly environment.
