Måtte bytte rom midt på natten pga renoveringsstøy. Gymsalen fungerte ikke. "Basengen" var ikke ren. Frokost som var inkludert var meget begrenset. Hele hotelet var preget av slitasje

Staff, swimming pool, restaurant, lobby, valet Everything was 10 out of 10 Can't wait to go back after the remodel/construction and stay in one of the new rooms.

Hot water for shower took a bit to come out but wasn't a deal breaker

The location and price

Evening male staff and early morning valet parking assistance were rude and not wanting to go over billing and general hotel accommodations. Rooms need updates; we could hear guest conversations and having intimacy from adjacent rooms.
