Good value , nice pool area and dining options within walking distance , wouldcstay there again if visiting Quebec City

Le restaurant étais très bon et le service aussi mais j’ai passer 2 nuits et pour les 2 jours la toilette n’as pas fonctionner et j’ai aviser le personnel à deux reprise très déçu pour cela

When I checked in, the room was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned after the previous guests. I asked the front desk agent to switch me to another room, but he asked me to take pictures of the room and show him, which I found surprising. The second room I was moved to was clean, but the soundproofing was poor. I could hear the guests next door banging doors, drilling, and then laughing and drinking loudly from midnight until around 3–4 a.m. I was trying to call front desk but they did not response. Overall it was not bad, just these incidents made the stay not as good as I expected.

The location was an easy 5 to 10 minute drive to downtown quebec and 20 min the other way to falls and ste anne de beaupre

Room was small. No microwave. No decaf coffee. We stayed 2 nights but no one made up our room. Toilet paper dispenser broken. Could have been cleaner. We probably would not stay here again

Après s’être plaint à l’administration pour le bruit très tôt ce matin et aussi pour le fait que la chambre n’avait pas été faite à 16:00, ils nous ont dit de s’adresser à Expedia afin de demander le remboursement d’une des nuits. Svp me revenir avec la procédure à faire
