Hotel Graal

The restaurant and staff there were excellent and the location of the hotel terrific

The bar lacked atmosphere and the bar man was a little obsessed with playing the bongo’s, yes really, but not well. The evening entertainment was like something from the 70’s very dire, maybe why the bar was often empty. The pool was quite nice but dated and didn’t look too clean. the arrangement of sun beds was messy and made the sun decks over crowded. Bongo bar man couldn’t leave them alone, we didn’t enjoy it I think he did.

Family owned and managed with great staff who were always there to help and advise with a smile. The hotel restaurant was the best food we experienced in Ravello.

staff was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They assisted us with renting scooters, dinner reservations, etc. The room was large and the view on the balcony was spectacular. Breakfast was marvelous as well.

Great location, a short walk to the center of town and everything we wanted to see. Clean, comfortable room with a lovely view. Staff was friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommend!

No complaints! It’s not as charming on the outside as some of the historic properties in Ravello, but I’d choose it again without hesitation.

Excellent breakfast every morning.

Poor TV service-very difficult to get any English channels.
