The location is close to local Kadlec and Trios hospital systems, restuarants and shopping centers. This is not in a central/urban area of the Kennewick area, but access to shopping centers, healthcare and close proximity to highway make this a very nice location for rest and business trips.

I had the best nights sleep ever-the bed was so clean and it felt like heaven-Ive never woken up feeling so good from such a comfortable bed!!

"Lots of unreported pet damage"

Not much

Room was a "pet room" with heavy damage from a past guest. I called the front desk to report as I signed the pet contract and I didn't want to get billed for it. Front desk had no clue about damage. This is another case of charging for pets but not cleaning or keeping the room in good repair and passing the buck.
