"Would consider use again for cruise port only."

Hotel perfect location for 1 night close to cruise port. Room was spacious. Staff at the desk very helpful with local information and space centre launch information.

Staff unwilling to help in breakfast area when no spoons said " we are put" yet 5 minuets later spoons re stocked. Rooms tired. Socket with wires exposed in children's room area. Shower didn't work fully with bath needing to run at same time. Only one elevator working when a busy cruise departure morning and lots of guest with suitcases.

"Family Vacation / Hotel Country Inn & Suites"

The best experience we’ve had in 14 years is traveling. Hotel is amazing, people are great and professional at all times. Truly the definition of focusing on customer service. Misty at the front desk is awesome, great, professional and comes across as very caring. Anything and everything we needed Misty made it happen. The room we stayed in is called the Captains room. Very generous on size and that was for 4 of us on a last minute change. The shuttle to the port arrangement was very easy and a short ride of maybe a mile. Overall experience is 5 Stars or 10 whatever is the highest!! We will definitely come back to the same amazing hotel.

"Not worth $310 a night"

Rooms were smaller & not very clean. Carpets in hallways were dirty & had bleach stains. Breakfast was a mess… nongood flow & people bumping into each other. No lunch or dinner food available. Staff was friendly though

"It was a good place, good value, and we would stay again."

We loved the location, the room was very comfortable and roomy. The kids loved the pool.

The only negative we had was the shower in our room. It took a really long time for the water to get “warm” never got hot and the water pressure was really low. Other than that we had a fantastic time and stay!
