Porto Golf Marina Aqua Park & Beach Access by Best of Bedz

I’ve been talked to the responsible guy that I need to change the dates because I had an issue and I would not come, he told me that he’ll call me back, I told him I’ll be there late and when I arrived and tried to contact him several times but no one replied, also there is another number tried to call me for the same booking and when I called him for check-in, he didnt answer either, As shown in the attached photos. Plus the location is wrong. This is unprofessional and impolite.. If I’m charged with any fees, I’ll raise an issue and I’ll make a report against this guy.

The cleanliness of the chalet, Staff are very friendly and ready to serve you at anytime

I loved the Gardens very relaxing view and how we can monitor the kids while they are in the swimming pool i also liked the night events in Porto.

We needed more guidance how to find the Chalet inside Porto

Very clean property and helpful staff especially Dr hassan He did everything to make our stay pleasant and comfortable .. we’ve faced some issues to go to the beach , and he came physically to help us with the admission process until we got to the beach

The location and view from balcony is amazing Flat is clean , sunny and well equipped
