"Relaxing Friendly Hotel"

Easy booking, check in seamless even though it was very busy check in staff were very efficient and helpful. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. Good location on outskirts of westport looking at croagh Patrick beautiful scenery & weather was an extra bonus. Food was good. Spa was lovely so enjoyed use of facilities, small thermal suite and amazing treatments from Migena had facial and back massage. Highlight was all the staff were so helpful, friendly and efficient.

Little extra attention to dusting in rooms (back TV, plugs ) if it can be seen dust it. First morning breakfast felt was sitting in bamberine and we felt very rushed at breakfast didn't get to enjoy continental breakfast and cooked was served, even though wasn't very busy.. Second morning was alot better not rushed and breakfast tasted fresher. Our Room view was into a wall honestly we didn't really mind but if view important highlight this at your booking.

Beautiful location with amazing views from the room and the restaurant. Pool and spa a nice extra. Breakfast was lovely and food in the coast bar was great.

"A good quality hotel on the bay, which was the perfect base for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended!"

The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, and provided a very relaxing base for our stay in Westport. Breakfast was divine, sitting in a covered terrace overlooking the tranquil bay. The thermal suite and spa is well worth a visit.

"Very comfy, would stay again, lovely friendly, helpful and easy check in service"

Best veggie breakfast we’ve had in a long time - maybe 2 sausages and no pudding as little dry Decor lovely Beds comfy

Water was cold when having showers in the morning - reception told us boiler had an issue that morning that weren’t aware of Windows on rooms need updating

The staff were fantastic and attentive. The facilities including the restaurants offered a wide variety of high quality food and the location was lovely and quiet

Only minor issue was occasionally the picture on the television broke up depending on the channel but as said incredibly minor
