"The location was perfectly adjacent from the boardwalk and ocean."

We really loved the location of the room and how it was right across the boardwalk, the breakfast room exceeded our expectations and allowed us to enjoy what was provided and sit down in a restaurant style area

The time the breakfast ends may have changed but it wasn't monitored, I was able to look at the info sheet in our room and notice it says it ends at 10:00 am. The staff was a lot more relaxed about the time, which was great, but some of the hotel stayers came in very late and were rude to others since they felt they had to rush to get food, skipping lines and making arguments over who was there first, and who should be more kind to let the others go ahead. It wasn't something we thought would have been an issue but nevertheless, we enjoyed our breakfast and will return one day.

"Good place with nice staff. Rooms are ok for two people only. With a little improvement it would be great."

It was clean and close to the beach in a budget.

The rooms were too small. There were no wardrobe to keep/hang clothes. Also breakfast was continental but there were no bread or eggs. The heater/AC water release needs to be taken care of.
