"If you really want to spend more, you can, but why would you?"

Right off the highway between Cedar Rapids and Davenport. Close to coffee, shops, convenience, stores, and every other amenity is no more than 15 or 20 minutes away. Easy check-in and check out. I was thinking of staying in Cedar Rapids, but saved at least 30% by staying in Mount Vernon.

The breakfast was nothing to write home about, but that’s pretty much true of every hotel breakfast, isn’t it? The coffee was good.

Pool was a hit for my girls. The area was perfect, beautiful. And it was so close to our destination for the next day. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and engaging. Breakfast was nice as well.

Quiet area. The front desk was wonderful. We forget a charger block and they were able to spare one.

The floors in bathroom were loose. The bed was worn down the side closet to the door. The hot tub in the pool area had to jets. Personally not a fan of the breakfast.

Everything! Really appreciated walking shower. Breakfast (scrambled eggs to die for!) great coffee and OJ. Staff is always wonderful. Apreciate!!
