"In need of some updates."

Bed was comfortable and the room was large. Shower pressure was good.

Carpet was badly stained, we were in a dog friendly room. Room was not in great shape. Hotel is older with worn carpet in the hall. We had stayed at 2 other Sleep Inn's and this one was disappointing. Landscape had been removed and building needs upkeep.

"Cornell College Grandparent Visit!"

We loved the comfy beds, the internal door between our room and my parents room, and the kindness of the staff when I was ill and needed to spend an extra day in the room to recover.

Breakfast isn't super great, but it is food!

"Not quite up to par"

We were traveling through to get home 8 hours away. The property is functional but it has seen better days. Carpet is old and worn, bedding is average quality, furniture is a bit worn. In the morning, there are standard hotel waffles and assorted foods. My biggest negative would be the morning coffee, it was awful. Sleep Inn & Suites is probably a "no-go" for me.
