Convenient

Staff wasn’t there. No-one there to assist with checkout. Deposit taken and charged to my card. Was told otherwise at check in. They did promptly return deposit when I called. But I shouldn’t have had to call. I wonder how many people forget to call and this becomes a revenue stream for the property?

"The property is not kept up. The outside entrance is not inviting or welcoming. Parking lot is run down. Grass and weeds"

The rooms were clean.

The staff is not friendly. We were hoping to get a one hour late check out. They said no. According to the manager, the housekeeping needed to be able to clean the room right at 11. The manager said that maybe housekeeping would see where they were in their cleaning and maybe we could stay a little longer. At 11:12, housekeeping knocked on the door and said that checkout was at 11. The maid pointed to her watch and looked at us in an unfriendly rude way. We said we were working on being out of our room soon. 10 minutes later she knocked on the door again!!!

No breakfast. Coffee only

Swimming pool had fungus all over bottom. Was not being used. Carpets on stairs and hallways were dirty
