Breakfast and cleanliness

I don’t like the attitude of lady in the front desk. I supposed have reservation for tonight and I book for accessible beacuse I’m handicapped and she told me that I can’t have that room. It’s really bad experience so I canceled my booking.

A very nice room with plenty of space. The last room on the 2nd floor so there was easy access to the stairs and parking lot. The window faced the parking lot, but was not next to the door.

The space between the end of the bed and the frig,, drawers, and tv was very narrow. Towels were limited, however I addressed this at check out the next morning and it was noted.

I'm always treated with respect. The staves are very professional and kind.

This property was filthy, unsafe, and when I asked for my money back I was completely ignored.

The rooms was disgusting. It was not clean, there was filth on the floor, it wreaked of weed, two doors down there was a broken refrigerator on the balcony where someone was drinking and smoking dope with the door wide open. There was a broken down lived in motor home on the premises right next to the building. I did not feel safe staying there with my 11 year old daughter.
