Algumas avarias que causaram transtorno significativo à estadia com necessidade de mudança de apartamento mas as avarias continuaram, sugiro que reparem as avarias e revejam os apartamentos antes de os entregar, pois pagamentos um valor significativo pelos mesmos. Também sugiro que incluam as bebidas no regime de pensão ou que clarifiquem bem aquando das reservas.

La limpieza del apartamento y de las inmediaciones.

Buffet repetitivo, con mala calidad y poca variedad. Escándalo acumulado por la estancia de un grupo de 100 niños, con los cuales toda la comida se enfocó a ellos y de la primera noche con una cena de calidad se bajó a productos devorados por los niños y por limitación a ellos, los desayunos y los zumos que habían sacado durante nuestro primer desayuno, se dejaron de sacar. Piscinas con gritos y carreras nocturnas que hicieron que nuestro descanso se viera perjudicado.
