The hosts were accommodating. Great room so many things to look at. Amazing breakfast. Comfortable. You can See the water From the beautiful wrap around porch. Fabulous location. Parking is easy and convenient. Historic. Don’t hesitate!

Wonderful hosts and delicious spread for breakfast. Accommodations were lovely. Location was a 10-15 min walk from the main dock area of Newport, which was perfect for us.

Highly recommend Sarah Kendall House. We stayed there 30 years ago. Remembered their hospitality and absolutely delicious breakfasts so we decided to return. We were not disappointed. Still owned by the same couple and breakfasts as wonderful as we remembered.

"Convenient Location, Great Breakfast"

I stayed for just one night for a wedding on Goat Island. The B&B is the perfect location near downtown, has parking (which is hard to come by and usually not free), is clean, and has a delicious breakfast. Will definitely return any time I go to Newport!

"Excellent"

The room was very small, but clean and comfortable. The grounds are heavily planted with flowers and shrubs, nice to look at. Breakfast was exceptional, and attractively presented, with a large variety of fresh fruits, baked goods, wonderful bagels, The hosts will cook to order as well. All in all, I would recommend a stay

Such a great stay at The Sarah Kendall House! The Innkeepers and staff were amazing. Daily breakfast was over the top and the gorgeous furnishings and decor were beautiful.

LOVED OUR STAY AT THIS CHARMING BED AND BREAKFAST....EVERYTHING WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL....LOVED THE BRANDY AVAILABLE TO ENJOY ON THE AMAZING FRONT PORCH....SERVICE AT BREAKFAST COULD HAVE BEEN FRIENDLIER BUT SHE WAS VERY YOUNG AND FOOD WAS DELICIOUS!

It was a beautiful property with gorgeous gardens. The home is meticulously maintained. Brian was very welcoming and interesting to chat with. The breakfast was top notch! Would definitely stay again!
