I highly recommend this little gem.

Lien and Pat were great hosts and the location was close to everything. The pool area and the deck overlooking the canal were beautiful and quite relaxing especially at night. We would definitely come back here if we are in the Ft Myers area in the future.

Great location in the middle of all the happenings at Fort Myers Beach. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Cute, quiet place, great location

I booked this for 3 people. Arrived and they tried telling me it was for only 2. Wanted me to pay more. I told them no. They told me that they “overbooked” and we had to move into a new unit after our 2nd night. So we had to pack up our stuff and move. Then the toilet seat was broke in this unit, Asked if I could check out late, they said no. People were coming in ( but made me move because they allowed a family to stay one night and messed up our reservation). Asked if we could keep car parked so we could walk to beach, told me I could but only for a short time. This is ironic because when we got there, our parking spot wasn’t open because previous people stayed longer and were in our designated parking spot. Was the place nice? Yes. It’s off the path so it’s quiet but... We had to move and had a broken toilet seat and weren’t given anything for this. It’s all about the money and get as many people in their units.

Cool little hotel. Location couldn't be more perfect. You don't need to rent a car. Everything within walking distance. Not fancy by any means, but exactly what you need. The only drawback in my opinion was the mattress for both beds in my room needed to be updated. I'd stay here again if I go back to Fort Meyer's Beach. Fair value compared to what I saw other places charging & that's why I chose the place to begin with. Two very nice pools with ample seating, sun umbrellas, & lounge chairs.
