O quarto é ótimo e espaçoso

O café da manhã parecia refeitório de zona de guerra, faltando metade dos itens, talheres do buffet com restos de comida O serviço deixou muito a desejar, ofereceram copos sujos, não tinham saca rolhas para emprestar, nenhuma ajuda com as malas. Desde o primeiro dia não tinha sabão no chuveiro, não conferiram nem trocaram nos 3 dias da estadia. Deveriam gastar um pouco do valor da estadia e contratar e treinar mais funcionários. Tínhamos grandes expectativas mas foi o pior café da manhã e o pior serviço da viagem.

"Für die Hälfte des Preises wäre es ok gewesen....."

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Lage zum Bahnhof Atocha gewählt, somit gut und schnell erreichbar. Zimmer war ok, für 3 Personen dann doch recht klein. Frühstück war gut, vor allem das Brot war lecker.

Preis/Leistung war überhaupt nicht gegeben. Für mehr als 530 Euro die Nacht für das kleine Zimmer mit einem schlechten Klappbett als Beistellbett hat man andere Erwartungen. Wenn es gegen 23 Uhr geht hat man keine Chance noch etwas zum trinken zu bekommen, beide Bars haben zu - und das am Samstag Abend; geht auch nicht. Ist alles ein wenig "klapprig", der Türgriff zur Dachterrasse fiel gleich beim ersten anfassen ab. Fitness ist sehr klein, Geräte will man lieber nicht anfassen da speckige Griffe; zudem sehr schlechte Luft im Raum.
