"Exceptional"

Comfortable and Saska at the reception was very professional. I forgot my Bose headphones and they kept it for me ( just need to go back and take it ).thank yin to housekeeping team , but I would recommend the hotel call customers when high value items are forgotten.

Design hotelu, bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, świetna lokalizacja.

Zarezerwowałem pokój z tarasem - taras niezagospodarowany, brudny i bardzo słaby widok. Finalnie z niego nie skorzystałem.

"Stylish Hotel in an Excellent Location"

Our stay in Madrid exceeded our expectations. The hotel had everything we needed for a short city break. The rooms were cleaned daily and always kept spotless. The interior design of the hotel is absolutely stunning - stylish, unique and full of character. The location is perfect for sightseeing, with all the main attractions within easy reach. We even decided to extend our stay by an extra night, which says a lot about how much we enjoyed our time there.

The breakfast selection could be a bit more varied. Also, having a minibar stocked with properly chilled bottled water would make a big difference during the very hot summer months. Although complimentary water was provided, it was simply tap water and not particularly cold, while the minibar was not able to cool it sufficiently. This is only a minor point, but it would certainly enhance the overall guest experience.

Location and the staff. We also had a Terrace which I would recommend… lovely to sit out in the evening after a busy day

It felt a bit shabby. Well worn but the it probably is . Everything was black which I felt was possibly hiding how worn it was. Our room however was spotless
