L'emplacement est parfait dans le centre de Sanremo, quelques minutes pour arriver Corso Matteotti, et dans un coin calme et joli. Il y a aussi un emplacement pour se garer devant l'une des maisons (l'hotel est constitué de trois villas).

La literie est très inconfortable : matelas fin posé directement sur une planche (chambre 236) c'est un bricolage totalement indigne d'un hotel de cette catégorie. Dans un hotel on vient pour dormir donc c'est inacceptable. Très mauvaise isolation phonique on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres voisines. Sinon belle grande chambre, beau volume. Enfin le petit déjeuner est assez médiocre et surtout on ne vous laisse pas vous servir au buffet : il faut désigner ce que l'on veut à une serveuse. La confiance ne règne pas;

La posizione, la colazione abbondante e buona, lo staff cortese. Il casale è antico quindi ha il suo fascino intramontabile

Hotel forse un pó datato pertanto qualche lavoretto nelle camere sarebbe da fare.
