Možnost úschovy kola a držáku kol v zamykatelné místnosti. Klidná lokalita s výbornou dostupností restaurací a parku. Všude je blízko. Útulný hotel. Možnost parkování ve vnitrobloku. Dobrá snídaně jako vždy v Itálii, venkovní bazén.

Trochu proleželá postel, nemožnost regulovat AC - je to pouze centrálně řízené.
