Rapport qualité - prix très mauvais Petite chambre avec meubles vétustes, et mal organisés Literie peu confortable Ascenseur en panne à notre arrivée Proposition d’une première chambre sombre avec balcon donnant sur une terrasse et escalier au dessus que nous avons refusé . Personnel peu à l’écoute . Beaucoup de bateaux qui accostent près de la plage donc pollution +++ Pas de plage dédiée à l hôtel facilement accessible

C'était un peu laborieux pour arriver a notre chambre mais cela valait la peine puisque nous avions une vue extraordinaire !

The location is awesome, the staff are friendly, and the quality of food is fantastic. The pool bar manager was extremely attentive and friendly, making our stay extra special with his signature cocktails 😁

Our room had a small jacuzzi bath with a wall mounted shower with a relatively small shower hose, making it tricky to enjoy a shower comfortably. I'm 5ft 11 so not massive. Personally, a walk-in shower would have created a more comfortable experience. I appreciate this personal preference. Overall, it iwas still an amazing experience.

We have just returned from a one-night stay at Hotel Onda Verde and, unfortunately, the experience did not meet our expectations. I would like to begin with a positive note: Davide, the pool bar attendant, was exceptionally kind, professional, and welcoming. He was by far the most pleasant member of staff we encountered during our stay. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was far less positive. We often perceived the staff as distant and somewhat arrogant, with noticeably more attention being given to foreign guests than to Italian ones. Before our arrival, after checking the weather forecast and seeing very unfavorable conditions, we asked whether it would be possible to postpone our reservation by one day. We were informed that, as an exceptional courtesy, this would be allowed only upon payment of an additional €120 fee. Given the already significant cost of a single night’s stay, we decided to keep our original booking. Upon arrival, the weather turned out to be beautiful; however, the receptionist took the opportunity to make a sarcastic remark suggesting that I had learned not to change my plans. Such familiarity was neither requested nor appreciated and felt unprofessional. The dining experience was also disappointing. We ordered bruschetta for lunch and, as locals from Naples who are familiar with high-quality regional products, we found it underwhelming. It was served with burrata and an excessive amount of oregano, a combination we did not particularly enjoy. The pizzas served at nearby tables also appeared far below the standards one would expect in this region. We also ordered a glass of white wine which never arrived. The order was simply forgotten, while other tables seemed to receive more attentive service. The Wi-Fi connection was virtually unusable throughout our stay. Upon entering our room, we also found a large spider near the television wall. In addition, the television appeared to be configured only in English. The hotel’s advertised “private beach” was misleading in our opinion. There is no actual private beach directly connected to the property; guests must leave the hotel and walk down a set of stairs to reach nearby public beach areas. The swimming pool was also much smaller than expected. The handling of check-out was particularly unpleasant. Although check-out was scheduled for 11:00 a.m., we received repeated phone calls and knocks on the door because we were running approximately 15 minutes late. Having stayed in many hotels, including higher-rated properties, we have never experienced this level of pressure over such a minor delay. Finally, we found the hotel’s policies unnecessarily restrictive. Guests who wish to use the pool after 1:00 p.m. on the day of departure are charged €30 per person, and an additional €30 fee applies if the car remains in the parking area. Overall, considering the rates charged and the expectations created by the hotel’s reputation, our stay was disappointing and fell well short of the level of hospitality we expected.

David at the Pool Bar goes the extra mile for the customer The chef at Franchino's was spot on with all his tastes. The sauces that accompanied our meat for dinner was out of this world. Front desk staff were more then helpful and accommodating. We will keep our stay at Hotel Onda Verde in our hearts forever

We cannot say enough good things about this amazing hotel. We stayed for 7 nights for our honeymoon and everything about our stay was fantastic. This hotel is located right on Marina Di Praia which is super convenient for getting around by boat. Praiano is the perfect calm getaway that is still close to the busier towns on the Amalfi coast. The staff here goes above and beyond to make your stay special. It was particularly helpful that they booked all of our water taxis for us in advance for our excursions. We also booked our private car transfer from Naples airport through the hotel which was seamless. Our flight was cancelled leading up to our stay and we needed to change our car arrangements, and the staff was so helpful and flexible to get us taken care of with no issue. We booked the deluxe double room with sea view terrace which was perfect for us. We had a private balcony with stunning views right on the water. We are so grateful to the housekeeping team who kept our room tidy for our long stay. Having breakfast included was a great bonus to start each day. The buffet is delicious and has a lot of variety. We also dined at Franchino for dinner which was phenomenal. Overall this hotel was an absolute dream for our honeymoon. Hotel Onda Verde made our trip so special and seamless and we can't wait to be back.

Superb from start to finish. We had a fantastic few days here at Onda Verde. Celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. The staff were fantastic, attentive, friendly and knowledgeable and the owners of this family run hotel were always on hand. Our room was spacious and clean with stunning views of the Amalfi coast. Breakfast was an extraordinary spread of yumminess and dinner was one of the best meals we have ever had. The views from here are out of this world and access to the local beach is a short walk and to other restaurants (not as good as here in our opinion) was also a short walk or taxi ride. Be prepared for lots of steps and a stay that will remain with you forever.
