Świetna lokalizacja, Rynek w zasięgu wzroku. Śniadania obfite, smaczne i urozmaicone.

W pokoju dokuczliwy brak szafy oraz jakichkolwiek wieszaków. No i śniadania "gorące" tylko niestety z nazwy, podgrzewacze zawodziły na całej linii.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful — just as you would want everything to be!

The hotel was easy to find, and the staff were very helpful. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent, with a very good choice, and unlimited hot drinks, and good English breakfast tea.

We originally booked for the Monday and Tuesday evenings. Our room was on the second floor, and very specious. We left on the Wednesday to go to Opole, but arrived back on Thursday, and were given a room in the attic on the fourth floor, with no view, just a Velux window. This had a sloping ceiling, which was awkward for me at 5ft 6in tall, but impossible for my husband who is 6ft 6in tall. Also the noise from the trams right outside was very noisy from 4am. Our room on the second floor (Monday and Tuesday) did have a view - it overlooked the hotel back yard, which looked more like a tip. This could do with a good emptying of scrap and rubbish and a tidy, as its not the view one would expect, especially as the surrounding properties have turned theirs into gardens or patio areas. As we were travelling with rather a large group, it would have been good if there would have been some sort of lounge area, or seating area, available to us to have a gathering or chat in the evenings or afternoon, but there was only a three seater sofa and two small chairs opposite reception. I know these problems are not major ones, but they would have made our stay a lot more enjoyable.
