La posizione. Il personale è gentile.

La struttura è un po’ trascurata e cupa. La nostra camera, al piano inferiore, aveva un fastidioso odore di umidità ed era rumorosa ( gli infissi/porte lasciano filtrare ogni rumore esterno). Colazione davvero triste.

Het is echt te gehorig, er was een feest in het restaurant tot na 2 uur en dat was echt niet fijn. Je hoort mensen op de gang praten.

Mais uma Pousada de Portugal que não desiludiu. Bem situada, confortável e muito limpa. O staff é muito simpático e atento para que nada falte. O pequeno almoço bastante diversificado e abundante. Voltarei certamente!

The hotel actually needs maintenance, rooms were nice (the one i booked with booking.com, but we could see haven’t seen much of maintenance for many years, the facilities of the swimming pool in poor state… which is a shame for such an amazing place. The breakfast was nice but the presentation could be better and “blaming the clients for the quality of some of accessories “ is to say the least not very nice. If you present cheese, ham and others in plastic areas… the least we could say… please get in right…

Superb pousada - when aren’t they ! A wonderful location on the waterfront in a converted C17th fort. To open the curtains onto our balcony to a picture perfect view of Pico volcano was the icing on the cake ! The room was spacious, bed comfy, balcony & chairs all kept spotlessly clean. The reception area, bar & restaurant all with interesting features. We had breakfast included in our booking & it was plentiful & fresh - once again with the views to Pico & its volcano. The breakfast manager was very friendly & we tried regularly to converse with our limited languages. We ate in the restaurant one evening & enjoyed a lovely local slow cooked meat meal. Plenty of other restaurants & the town sights are within 5/10min stroll. A particular mention & thanks to Rui on reception for helping us & booking taxis & trips - his English & knowledge was really good & we enjoyed just chatting to him in general about life in the Azores. Horta is a beautiful centre from where to explore the Azores.

Bardzo miły personel, bardzo duży wybór na śniadanie. Śniadania pyszne. Hotel w samym centrum, wszędzie blisko. Parking na ulicy. Hotel posiada basen.

Pokoje bez balkonów bardzo małe, już dosyć mocno zużyte. Jeśli okna wychodzą na ulicę słychać hałas. W pokojach czuć nieprzyjemny zapach starych murów.

Très bel hôtel dans une ancienne forteresse (pousada). Le confort des chambres et la gentillesse du personnel que ce soit à la réception ou au petit déjeuner.

Pas de parking mais possibilité de trouver à proximité.
