Sliter rum, otrevlig personal, inte bra service. Poolen var obehagligt smutsig. Okej frukost och fin restaurang utomhus. Badlakan i rummet trasiga och otroligt slitna. Inte härligt. Kuddarna i sängen otroligt konstiga och slitna. Överlag en negativ upplevelse.

Das Frühstück hatte eine sehr gute Auswahl. Das Abendessen im Restaurant konnten wir bei schönem Wetter mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Schlosspark genießen. Hervorzuheben ist das wirklich sehr freundliche Personal.

Exzellentes Frühstück, sehr gute Massage

Leider war der Schwimmteich durch einen Sturm kurz zuvor leck geworden und die Filteranlage wurde zerstört. Aber in der Woche nach unserem Aufenthalt soll die Reparatur erfolgen. Die Nasszellen könnten etwas größer sein.

nettes Personal und guter Service. Zimmer sehr schön und groß. Parkplatz mit genügend Parkfläche vorhanden. Online Check In hat geklappt und Rechnung Online war auch schnell da. Das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Frühstück könnte etwas üppiger ausfallen. Auswahl war nicht so groß. Leider war die Kaffeemaschine auch kaputt bzw. das Aufschäumen bei den Kaffeespezialitäten hat nicht geklappt. Trotz Neueinstellung etc. durch das Personal gab es halt nur Saft zum Frühstück.
