Quality Inn & Suites SeaWorld North

Management/Front Desk wasn't available to help with a billing issue. Tried corporate and they leave it up to the property to handle. The property decided not to answer the phone anymore, so issue never resolved.

Everything was good except that the reason we chose that hotel was because of the amenities it had for children but none were available 👎

Loved the playground mini golf and the game room for sure

I am requesting a refund. My room was directly next to a game rec room, the pool was dirty and did not work and the reason I booked this room was for the hot tub which was filthy and non functioning. I also got food poisininh from their breakfast.

Did not like the surprise $30 hospitality fee when arrive. Bathroom is not maintained. Tub is chipped. Bathroom door did not lock and bathroom door is chipped. Beds are noisy

Overall it was a fine hotel but the air conditioner did not work very well and was very loud. Also, although the breakfast had standard hotel fare, it did not taste good at all! Even the bagel tasted funny. The staff wasn't overly friendly but they were fine.

I have stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed it.

I saw a couple of tiny roaches in the room.

Bathroom appeared patched, potato chip found on mattress, manager rude when asked about printing receipt for room and refused to print it, and discount employee stated would be given for accepting room other than requested without notification.

We like the breakfast, but the bed sheets were duty
